1. Who can join Survey Junkie?
To become a member of Survey Junkie, you must be at least 16 years old and reside in the United States.
2. How can I earn points?
To earn points, successfully complete surveys, answer profile questionnaires, or take other rewardable actions. You'll know if an action is rewardable by the designated points displayed within a green button.
3. How do I redeem my points?
To redeem your points, access the "My Points" option from the navigation bar's dropdown menu or click "Current Points" from your user dashboard. Follow these steps on the "My Points" page if you've accumulated a minimum of 1,000 points: You have different redemption options including cash (via PayPal), popular e-Giftcards, or direct bank transfer. If you choose PayPal redemption, you may need to log into your PayPal account. Once you select your preferred redemption method, you'll be prompted to enter or select the email address to receive the reward. If you're adding a new email address, confirmation will be required before proceeding with the redemption to ensure accuracy. Verify the reward type, amount, and recipient email, and then click "Yes, Redeem". Once successfully redeemed, a "Congratulations" popup window will confirm that your reward has been sent to your registered PayPal or e-Giftcard email.
4. What can I redeem the points for?
Your points can be exchanged for cash via PayPal or e-Giftcards. Please note that e-Giftcards are currently available only to U.S. residents.
